REFUND POLICY

  • SWLC reserves the right to refuse any registration for this event for any reason, and if that occurs payment will be refunded in full. 
  • All eligible refunds are at the discretion of the Executive Director / Finance Director and will be processed and mailed as a check payment to the address listed on the registration record of the person who paid. Credit card refunds will incur a 10% processing fee in addition to the fees listed below. 
  • Please email Finance@southwestleather.org  for refund processing instructions. Include in the request the legal name(s) under which you registered. 
  • For requests received on or before December 31st, 2016: A refund of all fees less 15% processing fee. Notification must be made to Finance@southwestleather.org in order to retain a refund. 
  • No refunds will be given after December 31st, 2016 for any reason. 
  • Southwest Leather Conference cannot be responsible for illness, acts of nature, transportation mishaps, or other events that may preclude your attendance at the event.
